What if I think I only have one driver?
You may be right, and the course is built for that. The Driver Check on day 1 shows which drivers score high for you. Everyone does the short core lesson on each driver, because the drivers feed each other and the one people suspect is often not the only one. The full deep dives are only for your drivers, so your time goes where it matters.
How much time does it take each day?
Core lessons are around 15 minutes. Deep-dive days take longer, and you only do those for your own drivers.
Which path should I start with?
If you want to learn the method and work at your own pace, start with the 30-day course. If you have tried a lot already and want an expert to read your case, book a Skin Decode Session. If you know you want full support and are ready to commit for 90 days, apply for the Intensive.
Do I have to buy Ovante products?
Your protocol uses the best product for each job, across brands. Ovante products are included where they fit your drivers. In the Intensive, every supplement and product in your protocol is already included in the price.
Is this a replacement for my dermatologist?
No. Rosacea Decoded works alongside medical care, not instead of it. Keep your doctor in the loop, and do not stop prescribed medication without talking to them.
Do I need lab tests?
Not always. Labs are recommended only when your history points to a driver that needs confirming. Many clients start without any testing.
Does the Skin Decode Session count toward the Intensive?
Yes. The full $150 is credited toward the Intensive if you join afterward.
How long until I see a change?
Every case is different and depends on which drivers are active. The method is built so your skin is calmer at each stage, with the order chosen to avoid the setbacks that come from working out of sequence.
Can Demodex mites cause rosacea?
Demodex mites are one of the five root drivers we assess in every case — alongside gut imbalances, nutrient deficiencies, unmanaged stress, and hormone shifts. When Demodex is driving your symptoms, addressing it in the right order is what calms the skin. Marina Ivakhnenko is the author of The Demodex Solution, the book on Demodex mites and their role in rosacea.
Is rosacea connected to gut health?
Yes — the gut-skin axis is central to the Rosacea Decoded method. In practice, GI stool testing frequently shows markers of maldigestion, dysbiosis, or inflammation in rosacea clients. The program addresses gut imbalances before moving to the other drivers, because skin cannot fully calm while the gut is inflamed.
